"Seto Kaiba is one of the two starters you can choose from at the start of the game. He’s a decent starter with a deck revolving around strong monsters. You wanna pull cards from Ultimate Rising for him in order to get cards like Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon. If you want his anime deck that’s the pack to pull from. Kaiba’s skills give you a lot of chances on boosting your deck for strong monsters. “Peak Performance” allows you to start with the field spell Mountain when the duel begins. So if you’re running dragonsthis is a great skill. “Heavy Starter” is a great skill if you have a bunch of powerful high level monsters. With 3 or more of different names in your deckthis skill gives you a higher chance to start with one of them in your starting hand."
