"Rex Raptor is a fairly decent character built around Dinosaur and Earth attribute monsters. His skills highly assist Dinosaur type cards. Skills like “Dinosaur Kingdom” and “Dino Destruction” are great for anyone wanting to build a strong Dinosaur deck. I would definitely level Rex until you get his skill “Titan Showdown”. This skill makes it so your opponent with 2 times or more LP than Rex ends up taking double battle damage. So it’s a great skill to use when you’re falling down in life points and need to deal some quick damage."
