Overview
"Mako Tsunami is a good character to level if you’re looking to run a Fish or Water attribute deck. He gives a good handful of those cards in his starter deck and his deck skills are pretty good all around for Water cards. A good skill to get from Mako is “Balance”. It makes it so your starting hand reflects the balance of your deck so if you have more water monsters than spells and traps you’ll get a hand of those kinds of monsters."
