"Joey Wheeler is a good character to use if you like running Warrior cards in your deck. With his skill “Reinforcement”you can randomly draw 1 Warrior monster when your life points drop under 1800. He is also good with luck based cards like Skull Dice and Graceful Dice. You definitely want to pull cards from Ultimate Rising to get better warrior cards like Element Soldier. He’s a heavy hitting warrior player so you’ll be set if that’s your style."
