Skills 2.0 Update came with more challenges, which allow you to unlock alternate skills and skins for survivors. The new Loadouts menu system allows you to customize your abilities before your run. Artifacts 2.0 are the long awaited new system to the game that will allow you to change your runs with togglable options, making them more challenging. You’ll likely have to unlock them first to use them, but we shall see! Sign up for GamerHub and we’ll let you know when the update drops!

Console Content Forecast
Console ports are done by PlayEveryWare and they need time to port the content, so Consoles get the patch content a few months afterwards. They are working on reducing that wait though!
