Toro is a tank specialist who uses the combination of strong survivability crowd control and anti crowd control abilities to protect his allies.
Abilities
Passive - Tough Hide
Wherever Toro casts a spell he gains 20% damage reduction and is immune to crowd control. Tough hide is Toro's iconic skill that enables him to be uninterrupted in team fights and caused massive disruption to the enemy team.
Ability 1 - Bull Rush
Toro charges at full speed into the enemy's knocking them up and dealing physical damage. bull Rush is a line cast AoE crowd control spell that can be used both to save his allies and to escape from enemies.
Ability 2 - Battle Cry
Toro channels his energy and gains a protective shield when he finishes channeling. Toro unleashes the energy damaging and slowing surrounding enemies. Battle cry is particularly useful in tower dives allowing Toro to tank tower shots while his teammates execute the enemies.
Ultimate - Cracked Earth
Toro leaps and stomps the targeting area three times. Cracked Earth is a circular AoE ability that deals three waves of damage in a short duration. The first two stomps damage and slow the enemy while the third knocks them up dealing massive physical damage.
When allies are at low health Toro can save them by using Bull Rush to knock up enemies. Similarly, when enemies are low Toro can use bull rush to chase and knock enemies up after a kill.
Toro can use battle cry to absorb some damage. When the cooldown for bulrush is up, use it again to escape from enemies for initiation.
Firstly, Toro can use bull rush to charge into enemies then slow them while absorbing damage with battle cry and finish with cracked earth for even more damage and crowd control. Alternatively, Toro can use cracked Earth to knock up enemies then use bull rush to get behind them. Finally use battle cry to slow them and cut off their escaping path allowing allies to secure the kill.
Overall Toro is a powerful supportive tag his powerful crowd control ability can easily lead his team to victory.

"I treated Sun Wukong as my brother, but he wanted to cut my leg off and cook it in a stew."
After all these years, Toro still held a grudge against Sun Wukong. As the master of Emerald Mountain and Thunder Mountain, Toro was one of the very few heroes in the world capable of putting up a fight against Sun Wukong, thanks to his own magic abilities. The might Monkey King, who even 100,000 celestial warriors and thousands of talismans could not tame, was willing to bow to Toro out of pure admiration. Eventually, the two became sworn brothers.
But Toro could have never imagined what happened next: Sun Wukong killed Immortal Ruyi, Toro's brother to protect that band of monks journeying to the west for scriptures. Then he kidnapped Red Boy, Toro's son, and sent him to Guanyin. Finally, he got involved in the love triangle between the Iron Fan Princess, The Jade-Faced Fox and Toro.
"We are sworn brothers, so why is he always messing with me?" Toro was angry and really wanted to give the stupid monkey a beating. But Wukong had become a God, and may not even acknowledge Toro even if they met again. So Toro was glad to have found out that Sun Wukong would join in the battle.
"Where is that stupid monkey? Let me teach him a lesson with my fists."
